These units will fit all variants of the following vans
Renault Trafic 2001-2014, Renault Trafic 2015 On
Two individual units are supplied which can be positioned along the driver side of the van, One unit will sit above the wheel arch the other fits the driverside front of the van. The 2 units are then screwed together to form one continuous run of shelving. Total length of the 2 units when installed will be 2000mm long x 1180mm high x 365mm deep.
For Dimensions of each unit please refer to the images which have sizes displayed within some of them.
The rear unit which sits over the wheel arch (our code WR25) comes with a solid back panel to prevent items falling out the rear of the shelving.
The front unit (our code WR27) designed to take tool boxes / chests etc has sloping back shelves with a rear retaining lip. This unit also has a support beam designed to support the front edge of the shelf as unlike the other designs offered for sale on ebay we were not happy with the bend that occurs with a single unsupported plywood shelf.
These units are supplies flat packed will full assembly instructions and due to mortise and tenon joint design they only take 15 minutes to assemble.
We supply all the metal brackets required to safely fix these units to the side and floor of the van
These can be mounted into the van as supplied, but due to the many differences that can occur in the same model van with the side profile dependent on who and how the plyling was fixed, these have been designed so that it is easy to scribe and trim the rear edge if a perfect fit is desired.
Material used is Premium FSC Certified 12mm Hardwood Ply. Please note timber is a natural product so the plywood colour may vary from the image, colour may vary between different boards.
