Need some help with your order or want to know more about delivery? We’ve put together some commonly asked questions so you can easily get more information about Demar UK, the products and the services we offer.

Due to the number of drops in a day that carriers are expected to make, they are unable to phone prior to making the delivery, they are supplied with a contact phone number but this is only used if they are having difficulty in finding your property.

Demar UK carry large stocks so orders received before 12:00pm Monday-Thursday are usually dispatched same day on a next working day service. We do not dispatch on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

As our terms and conditions state, we are a business to business including sole traders operation, therefore all prices quoted are inclusive of VAT.

As we use various carrier companies, they do not have a flat ate for all UK destinations. They do impose a surcharge upon ourselves for delivering to Northern Scotland, or non UK mainland addresses. This does not mean that we can’t deliver to these postcodes, please phone so that a price can be quoted.

Demar UK have 2 phone lines into the sales office and they are answered between 8.00am to 5.00 pm Monday to Thursday
 

Our prices are delivered prices for all orders over £30. Orders under £30 are subject to a £10 carriage cost. Some postal locations are subject to additional costs including Northern Scotland.

Demar UK understand that many people do not wish to order van accessories on line, so we accept all major credit and debit cards over the phone.
 

The Vat receipts are emailed to the email address supplied when ordering on line, if you have not received your receipt please can you check your junk / spam folder as they can occasionally be sent to these folders
